Lisa creates a science project to prove that soft drinks can dissolve a tooth. After Bart shocks her with static electricity, she transmits that shock to the tooth and ends up accidentally creating a micro civilization full of life. She watches the civilization advance, and after Bart comes in and wreaks havoc on the micro world, the people of the world get their revenge on him.
