Dragon Escape

In their journey to Belatrix's vault, Harry, Ron, and Hermione encounter a dragon, which starts to attack the group. The elves make a noise to subdue the dragon. One of the elves explains that the dragon has been conditioned to expect pain when it hears the noise, which allows the group to move past the dragon unharmed.

    I would think this would be a better example of classical conditioning since the dragon likely fears the noise, which is an involuntary response. It's also focusing on what precedes the response, not what follows it, which would also support classical conditioning.
