This clip describes how the game of baseball evolved over time. In the 1960's, baseball was a sport only for gentlemen and played in Detroit 150 years ago. They brought teams from around the world to compete in a tournament. Players used smaller balls and didn't wear gloves. They wore similar colors to identify their teamates. The batter would step to the plate, and the pitcher had to throw the ball underhanded to where the batter would want it.
