She's a Witch!

The townsmen believe the lady is a witch because she is dressed as one, and Sir Bedevere asks them a series of questions to help them determine whether or not she is really a witch. Some of the logic in this clip is not sound, but it illustrates several steps of the scientific method: Observation, Hypothesis, Testing, Collecting/Analyzing Data, and Drawing a Conclusion.

I used this clip as an introduction to the logic and reasoning unit of my high school geometry class. I used it to demonstrate inductive reasoning, conjecture, and counterexample - perhaps a very good example of very bad logic.
